Farmilo Optometrist : Francis St
Francis St, Leicester
Farmilo Optometrists have had practices on both Francis Street and Queens Road in Stoneygate, just south of Leicester’s city centre, for over twenty-five years. Initially taking over William York’s practice in 1991, Liz and David Farmilo have grown both practices, through word of mouth, recommendations based on the excellent care and personal service that they offer their customers. In addition, both branches also offer accessible ground floor consulting rooms for those with less mobility.
Liz is also a specialist in Colorimetry and visual stress, and takes appointments at our Francis Street practice, where she examines patients to identify whether tinted lenses can help improve those experiencing visual discomfort and dyslexia. While David’s specialism is Glaucoma and OrthoK - the overnight correction contact lenses. With over sixty years’ experience between them, they are now passing their vast knowledge and expertise on to an excellent team of younger colleagues within the practice.
