We are excited to be working alongside The Hearing Care Partnership to provide a full hearing service from within our Leicester Queens Road practice with our fully qualified audiologist.
We now offer a complete hearing care service that is tailored to your needs, this includes free hearing assessments and tinnitus consultations, ear wax removal, hearing protection services and the latest in hearing aids.
Complimentary Hearing Assessments
The Hearing Care Partnership offer hearing assessments that are free of charge. During the assessment, they will not only test your hearing but will provide you with an overview of your hearing health. Hearing loss often happens gradually meaning going for regular hearing tests in essential in identifying any issues as early as possible. Our audiologist will walk you through this process and will offer any recommendations to help you hear to the best of your ability.
Hearing Aids
If you are experiencing hearing loss and this has been identified during your assessment, our audiologist may recommend hearing aids to help support your hearing. The Hearing Care Partnership offers the very latest in hearing aids and will help you to choose the best option for your needs. Modern hearing aids are discreet and pack in a tremendous amount of technology that allows you to hear with complete clarity, you may not even notice you are wearing them, allowing you to live life to the full.
Tinnitus Consultations
Tinnitus consultations are also free with The Hearing Care Partnership. Tinnitus can occur for a variety of reasons, this includes excessive noise exposure, stress or as a symptom of hearing loss. Tinnitus can be temporary, however, if this is an ongoing issue for you, there are ways in which we can help you manage it.
Ear Wax Removal
Ear wax is perfectly normal and healthy; however, it is possible for the level to build up too much and may result in your ear becoming blocked. With the latest and safest methods, we can remove the wax making you more comfortable and hear better. Our ear wax removal services will be tailored to you depending on the level of wax build-up and whether you have any pre-existing conditions.
Hearing Protection
Excessive noise exposure can be damaging to your hearing, that is why The Hearing Care Partnership offers hearing protection services. With a range of high-quality hearing protection options such as custom earplugs for general use, specialist ear plugs for sports and music and in-ear monitors, we can provide you with hearing protection to suit your personal needs.

Safiya Issa
Audiologist BSc RHAD
Safiya graduated from De Montfort University in 2016 with a degree in Audiology. Safiya began her career working across both the NHS and private sectors, helping those with hearing difficulties. After spending time within the NHS, she really began to appreciate the increased amount of time she was able to spend with patients when working privately.
“Working with The Hearing Care Partnership gives me the ability to dedicate more time to my patients. This gives me the opportunity to develop a better understanding of their situation and individual requirements, allowing me to create a personalised plan tailored to their needs. I also have the time to provide continuous aftercare, maintaining a strong support system for them.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my husband and family and thoroughly enjoy baking sweet treats in my spare time. “
