Fishing

Polarised prescription fishing sunglasses help to eliminate reflections of the sun on the water and increase depth perception.  Hours and hours spent scanning the surface of the water, waiting for the fish to bite.  Or flying fishing which is fast faced.  Whatever type of fishing, you will require glare reduction for optimum vision, UV protection and impact resistant lenses to stop flying particles and possibly fishing hooks entering your eyes.

Prescription Options

  1. You can have your prescription fitted directly into the frame
  2. You can also have an optical insert adaptor which has your prescription glazed into it
  3. You can be fitted with contact lenses and then wear your sunglasses over the top
  4. We can also fit you with bifocals and varifocals both sunglasses and contact lenses

Lens Guide

  1. Photochromatic  lenses are beneficial due to the variable weather and lighting conditions
  2. Anti-reflective coatings can be applied to the front or back surface of the lens.  This provides you with better clarity of vision
  3. Polarised filters can help reduce glare and reflections off the water.  This will help you see beneath the water
  4. Mirror coatings are normally good for overall reduction in brightness, such as reflections off wet road surfaces. The upper part of a top gradient mirror lens helps reflect the intensity of the sun, whilst the lower lighter area helps with clear vision of the water
  5. Anti-fog treatment will repel the mist that can cloud your vision
  6. Oleophobic and Hydrophobic treatment will stop dirt and grease sticking to your lens, maintaining distraction free vision
  7. Lightweight for increased comfort
  8. Optical precision can be created as we can glaze your prescription into the lens or have an insert
  9. 100% UV protection advised
  10. Interchangeable lenses for different conditions.
